Room 4 the year 8's

  Hi my name is Silafaga and i am 12 years old. i am in room 4 and there are good year 8's in room 4 but i am going to tell you about the year 8 girls in room 4. and they are. Hazel. Hilary. pilinilose. Naomi. Paikea. Amelia. Hinerangi. Bethan. Ayla and Makayla. they are the ones who are good at being role models to the year 1 to year 7. so Hazel she is a good friend and a good person. and Hilary if you are friends with her you will never be picked on because she is always there for you. and Pilinilose if you are filling sad she would always put a smile on your face. Naomi she is a good role model and a good person too.And Paikea she is a good role model  and a good swimmer and she is kind to her friends. and Amelia she is so good you can cry. Well they are all good but she is so kind and  nice She could be the teacher's Favorited child because if someone is being bulling you She would always have some courage to stand up for you. and Hinerangi  she's so sweet and kind you would always have a smile on your face because of her. and Bethan she is so funny you  would never stop smiling. and Ayla  she is funny too and kind so ya. and last but not least Makayla she is so nice to people but you just can not see it in her. and if you do not know who the wonderful people are well here you go. who ya the 3 girls in the front that is Laolao Api and me.

What it means to be a good role model. Are you a good role model, do you show support, encourage & show respect to other people? In this explanation writing I am going to be explaining the reasons of what a good role model is & how a ‘/
good role model sounds and acts.

Good role models are the types of people who encourage, motivate and respect other people. Good role models encourage others to never ever give up, they motivate people to strive and succeed, respect their peers and treat others the way they want to be treated. For example one of my role models is my mama. My mama has always encouraged and motivated me throughout my life at school. My mama has always encouraged me and told me that I should never give up with the things I do and achieve.

To is me being a good role model is someone who positive all the way, confident with all things in life and someone who is bubbly and funny. Role models are people who are positive, being positive is a big thing in being a role model. Being a role model you have to be confident and face the challenges in life. You may not always be happy with the things you do but it’s best to be positive all the time. My mother is another role model of mine because she is very confident with the things she does, she is positive most of the time and always shows happiness towards others.

A role model is someone who is hard-working, mature and self-talkative. Most of my role models are very hard-working and powerful women. They are very strong and mature and have  believed in themselves all the way. My last two role models would have to be my teachers Mrs Ilaoa and Mrs Sio. The reasons why they are my two role models are because they are very hard-working. They work hard, never give up and always try to teach us new things at school. Our class can be a handful or more sometimes but my two role model teachers are always strong and push us until we succeed. 

So now that you’ve read my story about “Role Models” are you strong, powerful and motivational enough to be a good role model? Everyone has the strength to be a role model. So use your strength and become a better role model then you already are!

So today in room 4 we had to partner up with two other people so that means 3 now. so we were L.S.T and also known as Laolao. Silafaga,Trinity.  We looked under the microscope to see cheek cells.

Method

First we put the lolly pop stick inside of our mouth and rubbed our cheek.

Then we wiped the lolly pop stick on the slide

Next we added a drop of sodium chloride on top of the slide

Finally we added a drop of methylene blue to stain the water blue. 

This meant that our slides were ready to go under the microscope.

Why did we need to dye the liquid slide blue? so you can see it

Jack and the beanstalk

So in literacy we were reading a book called Jack and the beanstalk in my group we took  turns reading. The reason why we know how to read and spell is because a beautiful teacher called Mrs Allen and another beautiful teacher called Mrs Ilaoa. Thank you to our two beautiful teachers. Once upon a time there was a little girl and she was going for a walk. She is 11 years old and her older brother wanted to go
with her so the both of them went for a walk they went to the city and then they saw a haunted house. Her  older brother said
let's go in and check it out. She said no but the older brother went in so she went with him it was so Scary but my brother just
went anyway for some reason a glass mug fell down but no one was in there I was just me and my brother I was freaking out
but my brother was  laughing I don't know why he was laughing I was thinking if he was processed or is he crazy yeah I think
he's crazy she said we should probably go it's too freaking here but you said, let's just go check out one more room so they
did.and then the Floor was from Bunnings everything was shaking.I told you we shouldn't have got out I could of just leave
when I had the chance I am sorry we Should go how. there is no way out yes there is always a way out we just have to work

Today room 4 is going to taste kimchi and pickled it is the most popular side dish in Korea. we are haveing a taste of it and see if it is good or bad well i wood say that it is not my favourite. It had a nice aftertaste, but when I put it straight in my mouth it was a bit too spicy.
